How to Book
Step 1. Request your appointment
Send a message via WhatsApp or to info@arsamare.com with the following information:
- Requested service.
- Full name.
- Email address.
- Three date and time options when you are available.
Our team will check the schedule and assign you the nearest available appointment.
Step 2. Confirm your appointment
Once you receive the proposed schedule by email, please reply to confirm your attendance.
Your appointment will be reserved only after we receive your confirmation.
Step 3. Keep our opening hours in mind
ARSAMARE is open Monday through Saturday in the following service blocks:
Sessions may last approximately 2 to 4 hours, so it is important to have enough time available.
What happens at the first appointment?
During your first session, the following process will take place:
Client history intake
We gather the information needed to understand your background and needs.
Physical evaluation and check-up
An initial assessment of your physical condition is carried out.
Session plan design
The goals and the methodology to be followed during the process are defined.
The session
The treatment or activity corresponding to the booked service begins.
- Estimated duration of the first appointment: between 2 and 4 hours.
